CuBit™ is a fungible cryptocurrency (virtual currency) with the stability and value of the currency backed by the value of real estate and liquid assets held by Universal Real Estate Wealth Protection Solutions™, LLC (UREWPS™ or the Company).

URESCu™(CuBit™) is a smart contract using the ERC-20 protocol of Ethereum. The monetary supply of CuBit™ is controlled by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) comprised of parties who have exchanged other currencies for CuBit™ and retained their CuBit™ deposits. These depositors are collectively known as the CuBitDAO™. Every CuBitDAO™ member has contractual rights to vote on matters affecting the supply of CuBit™.  Specifically, these are the Coin Cap, burning CuBit™, and more.

Management of real estate assets and liquid assets, minting, burning, and releasing of CuBit™ are all performed by the Company.
